Financing – Industrial group

Alongside Me Virginie Verfaillie Tanguy, a partner at Cabinet Valoren, Philippe Hottinguer Finance’s Financing department acted as financial advisor to a French industrial group specialising in fine chemicals for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.

To cover its operating requirements and support its growth, prior to setting up medium-term financing lines, PHF assisted the group in negotiating and obtaining financing based on one of its production sites.
